Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — licensed and insured in Virginia, and licensed to install in North Carolina. Ask us for the paperwork and we will send it the same day.

What areas do you cover?

Can you find my tank if I do not know where it is?

Yes. We locate it from the plumbing exit, the grade of the yard and probing, and county permit records often have the original drawing. We can fit risers while we are there so nobody has to dig again.

Do I need a permit for a new septic system?

Yes. New systems and replacement drain fields need health department approval, and the soil evaluation comes first. We prepare and submit that paperwork as part of the job.

How soon can you come out?

Emergencies get priority and Danville-area calls are often same day. Routine work is usually within a few days.
